A 1-day CPD course looking at the structure and function of the lower back and hips and how to find, palpate and manipulate the soft tissue involved.

The course will cover the physiology and function of the lower back, hip and pelvis regions, notes will be provided, and issues/injuries commonly associated with the area. Techniques for improving range of movement and reducing pain/discomfort will be carried out, including STR, MFR and MET.
